ABOUT ME

My career started in 2017 as an in-person trainer, where I worked with clients from as young as 14, up to the age of late 70's, providing me the ability to build successful coaching relationships with people of all ages and to be able to adapt my methods in a more personal way depending on what stage of life my athletes are in.

Starting my career at such a young age (just 18 years old) allowed me to find my niche within the fitness industry (powerlifting & nutrition coaching) and tailor my knowledge base and learning development to fit in with this, whilst finding my own passion for competing and becoming the athlete that I am today at the same time.

I've coached myself to an international level of powerlifting, but I have also worked with athletes from complete beginners all the way up to higher level, more competitive lifters. As well as this, I also worked as a coach for the University of East Anglia lifting society in their early years.

I truly believe that coaching is a collaborative process, and pride myself in my ability to build rapport with each of my clients and help them achieve whatever goals they have set for themselves in a way that fits in with their lifestyle; helping each client become their own version of an athlete.
